How membership works:

  • Just present your Membership Card or let your Service Advisor know that you are a member every time you visit and we'll automatically update your account with every reward you earn
  • Your membership can be extended to any member of your household
  • Earnings can be used toward future parts and service purchases


  1. Where can I find my Member Number?
  2. When you enrolled, you received either a membership card or a welcome email which included your nine digit Owner Advantage Rewards® member number.
  3. What do I do if I lost my Membership Card?
    You don't need a card to earn rewards, as long as you remind your Service Advisor that you are a member and would like to receive your rewards. If you would like a replacement card, contact your dealer or Owner Advantage Rewards® Headquarters 1-866-58OWNER (1-866-586-9637), Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
  4. How much does it cost to join Owner Advantage Rewards®?
    Membership is free. It's our way of saying thanks for being a customer and taking care of your vehicle.

  6. As a member, what will I receive?
    Enrolled members will receive:
    • $10 Enrollment Bonus toward a future service visit
    • 5% Credit on all parts and service purchases that can be applied toward future service visits

    • Special Complimentary oil change offers.*
